Patreon and more!

Patreon

So I've actually had a Patreon set up for a while, but right now especially I am pretty broke and it is time to push it. You can support my art for as little as a $1 a month pledge, and can gain perks such as sneak peeks, sketch requests, and free stuff from my Redbubble shop, with more on the way if I can get a good momentum.

Speaking of Redbubble, I have 39 Paleo Portraits up over there and counting, plus two new series. Critter Patterns are exactly what it says on the tin, patterns featuring animals/creatures and related motifs, which are also available in my new Spoonflower shop as well. CopyCroc is a miniseries of watercolor paintings of prehistoric croc species and the odd things they're named for resembling.

Redbubble + Dinosaurs!

Hey, ladies and dudes of NG! You are probably not aware of this, but I have a Redbubble shop where you can buy stuff. Right now I've been doing an ongoing series of portraits of prehistoric animals. I'm just going to keep going with this indefinitely, but if there's any particular species you'd like to see (anything paleo, not just dinos of course, got some mammals, crocs, marine reptiles, basal tetrapods, and more pterosaurs and synapsids in line), I'm all ears!

Here's some of what I got so far:

Hey, ladies and dudes! Go have a looksie at my shiny new website! It's kinda the same, but totally different! Exclamation marks!

EDIT:
I've implemented the suggestions made by ItsTheAshtray and liljim. Thanks fellas! Proving once again that Newgrounds is the place to be if I actually have the audacity to want feedback on anything.

Demo Reel!

Updated

So, yeah, I never update this journal thing, but I figured it was time to. I'm finally graduating from college this week, so it seems fitting to share my demo reel here. I do modeling, texturing, 2D & 3D animation, rigging, compositing, and whatever other skill pies I can get my curious little fingers into. Enjoy!

A real start?

I'll admit I hadn't really given much thought to Newgrounds since I first posted some art almost a year ago. At the time I had just realized that I wanted to be an animator, and so I changed majors and started my new journey.

I've been making a lot more art lately, too, and yesterday I uploaded a bunch of stuff; not long after I was actually scouted, which is pretty cool. I hope this year I can continue to contribute to the art portal as well as make a debut with some actual animations. I am still a bit nervous about Newgrounds but I'm looking forward to perhaps making a mark here someday. It's a good place for new animators to get out and get seen, after all!

Finally using this account!

Hey, Newgrounds!

I've had this account for a long time now, but really only used it for faving the wonderful animations I've come across on here. I know the art portal's been here for a good while now, but I haven't felt inclined to use it 'till now. I post all my art to my deviantART account, but recently I've decided I may as well put the really good stuff up here as well.

On top of that I'm changing majors in college from Graphic Design to Media Arts and Animation. I hope to be able to post some of my animated works here in the future in addition to art. I admit I'm a bit intimidated by NG, but I'm sure that'll go away in time.

I've already been looking at some of the animation tutorials on here and playing around in Flash in preparation for the awesomeness that is animating stuff. To be honest I'd wanted to learn animation for a long time, and have had some past experience with Flash years ago (when it belonged to Macromedia), but now I've decided to make it my career instead of some future hobby after college.

...One more thing. I'm taking art commissions on dA, so if you're curious, this will tell you what you need to know! :3
